1 cup of coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup of cocoa powder (for extra chocolatey flavor)
2-3 tbsp of maple syrup (or to taste, for sweetness)
A pinch of sea salt

Instructions
Mix the Base:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, cocoa powder, Revenge Vegan Protein powder, maple syrup, and a pinch of sea salt until smooth and well combined. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
Prepare the Tray:
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Pour the Mixture:
Pour the chocolate mixture onto the lined tray. Spread it out with a spatula to an even thickness, about 1/4 inch thick.
Add Toppings:
Sprinkle your chosen nuts, dried fruits, coconut flakes, and a little extra sea salt over the top of the chocolate mixture. Gently press the toppings into the mixture with your hands or the back of a spoon.
Freeze:
Place the tray in the freezer and freeze until solid, about 1-2 hours.
Break into Pieces:
Once frozen, break the bark into pieces or cut it into squares with a sharp knife.

Store the protein bark in an airtight container in the freezer.
