Chocolate Revenge Vegan Protein Frozen Bark

 Ingredients

  • 2 scoops of Revenge Vegan Protein (chocolate flavored)
  • 1 cup of coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup of cocoa powder (for extra chocolatey flavor)
  • 2-3 tbsp of maple syrup (or to taste, for sweetness)
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • Toppings: Nuts (like almonds, walnuts), dried fruits (like cranberries, cherries), coconut flakes, and a sprinkle of sea salt

Instructions

  • Mix the Base:
    • In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, cocoa powder, Revenge Vegan Protein powder, maple syrup, and a pinch of sea salt until smooth and well combined. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  • Prepare the Tray:
    • Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Pour the Mixture:
    • Pour the chocolate mixture onto the lined tray. Spread it out with a spatula to an even thickness, about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Add Toppings:
    • Sprinkle your chosen nuts, dried fruits, coconut flakes, and a little extra sea salt over the top of the chocolate mixture. Gently press the toppings into the mixture with your hands or the back of a spoon.
  • Freeze:
    • Place the tray in the freezer and freeze until solid, about 1-2 hours.
  • Break into Pieces:
    • Once frozen, break the bark into pieces or cut it into squares with a sharp knife.
  • Store:
    • Store the protein bark in an airtight container in the freezer.
